Our walk-in photo sessions are designed for those that want beautiful photos without having to book a full session or commit to a large gallery of images that will likely never be printed.
Here's how it works: Customers simply check in, and we'll send them a text when it's their turn, minimizing wait times and ensuring a seamless experience. Our team captures beautiful moments, and immediately after the session, customers can select their favorite shots from a personalized proofing gallery.
No need to commit to all the photos – you only pay for the ones you want to download to your device. Plus, we know that as parents, capturing those precious moments when kids' (or adults') attention spans are short can be a challenge. That's why we offer a quick and easy process to get frame-worthy photos. Best of all, your chosen photos are delivered via a download link, so you can cherish those memories at your fingertips.
It's all about making photography convenient, accessible, and memorable for families like yours.

Where are you located?I'm located in Stewartsville, MO. It is a small community located on 36 hwy in NW Missouri, approximately 1 hour north of Kansas City. While I do photography on location and in studio, I offer a lot of design and branding services virtually. Not near me? I'm willing to travel!

What payment options do you accept?Credit card, check or cash.

Do you offer wedding services?My business besties and I created Hill Street Studios, a "morning of" wedding venue that creates a beautiful space for you to get ready on your big day. I do offer photography services during your time at Hill Street. I do not currently offer full service wedding photography.

Do you have a cancellation policy?All sessions must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to the session date. Cancelations for a full refund are available 1 week prior to session date. Only reschedules are offered within 1 week of scheduled session date. Reschedules due to inclement weather are unlimited. Reschedules due to client needs are limited to one per session. There is a $50 fee for every reschedule after the once allowed per session due to client needs.

Do you take family/children photos?This is my most commonly asked question and while I do schedule seasonal micro sessions for families and children, I do not take bookings for them during any other time.

Phase 1: Plan & Design• Consultation to determine your needs • Cost estimate delivered for approval • Your to-do list assigned: mission statement, service/product list and descriptions, contact info, etc. • Picking your site design style and determining color swatches • Determine if photography services are needed • Logo development if needed • Mock website home page shown for approval • Site review for content and function approval • SEO (search engine optimization) keyword consultation for marketing intent, competitive comparisons, etc. 40% of project cost due at completion of Phase 1.

On-Site Headshot Session: Session at location of your choice for as many people as needed. Digital downloads of your choice, fully retouched. Photos will be edited to your preferred style/esthetic.

In StudioStudio Headshot: Traditional head and shoulder images on one backdrop. Two Digital downloads of your choice, fully retouched. Content Building Headshot Session: 60 min session at Hill Street Studio's modern space. 15 Digital downloads of your choice, fully retouched. Photos will be edited to your preferred style/esthetic. Product Photography: Client ships/delivers product to Carrie with phone consultation to set boundaries for aesthetic and functionality of product photography needed. Images will be edited per your needs and delivered via an online download gallery. Full commercial printing/posting rights of the images included.

Weston Red Barn Farm welcomes fall visitors with a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, offering free entry and parking to explore the farm and barnyards at your leisure. Visitors can enjoy the beauty of the farm, take in scenic views, and interact with farm animals without an admission fee. For additional activities like pony rides, hayrides, the corn maze, and pumpkin picking, tickets are available for purchase. With no pressure to spend, guests can relax, take in the fall air, and enjoy the simple charm of farm life at their own pace.

Can I qet individual pictures of my newborn and then add extended family members?Yes, BUT let's be realistic. We want you to LOVE your photos and that might be a lot to try and capture in 5 minutes. It might be a little stressful for both of us, so I suggest sticking to just one of those.

Will you just take a few photos of the same pose?No Way! We love giving you a variety of photos to choose from. We always ask what your goal is for the photos and shoot to please that goal. But let's be realistic too... We have planned on 5 minutes for your session so let's keep our goals in check. Carrie is good, but she can't promise you the world. Example for family of 5: One family pose, One just the kids, and one of each kiddo individually if you would like.

Are all ages welcome?Yes! All ages and stages.

How do I receive my photos?We will text a link to the phone number you used to check-in upon arrival. That link will take you to your online gallery where you will be able to download the photos you chose to any device. The link will stay active for 7 days.

Can I bring my pet?Yes! Weston Red Barn Farm is a pet-friendly place but all animals must be well socialized, friendly to Weston Red Barn Farm's animals, and leashed at all times. The barnyard can be a very busy place.

How big of a group can I bring?If you have a large group planning to attend, please inform everyone that your time slot is calculated at 5 minutes so they will need to be ready to show their best smile once everyone is in place. We can usually fit an average of 20 adults within our backdrop at once, or equal variations of adults and children. If you don't mind being squished or having an alternative backdrop, any size over 20 is welcome, but depending on the size, there may be additional fees.

I have a wild-child, are you sure you can capture him/her in 5 minutes?We don't want to brag, but we are VERY good at what we do. We've been photographing rowdy kiddos for over 15 years and have some pretty stellar tricks.

Can I get pictures of just me?Of course! This would be a stellar opportunity to snag a new headshot.
